Sweet Caroline

A young, sweet wine, fresh on the palate and playful.
Made from a native grape of Extremadura, the Cayetana. The harvest for this wine is done naturally, with a rigorous selection process in both the vineyard and the winery.

It’s an ideal wine to enjoy as an aperitif, pairing well with fruit salads, nuts with hints of honey and balsamic, strong cheeses, and fish.

Exceptional red wine from DOQ Priorat
+7 Mas Blanc is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 18 days. Following fermentation, the wine is blended in oak barrels, where it ages for one year before being refined in the bottle.

LA LOBA

Ripe cherry colour, cardinal rim, fine robe, with a dense tear that stains the glass.
The nose is ripe, spicy and balsamic, with aromas of black liquorice, vanilla, Chinese ink and white pepper, accompanied by soft, well-integrated toasted notes, cradled by light notes of clean leather that add great complexity.

LA LOBITA

Elegant cherry-red tones with a violet-red rim
The nose is caramelised and sweet on the palate. It has light spicy notes, enveloped by aromas of red fruit compote. Floral touches and liquorice stand out against a menthol background. The Albillo Mayor variety contributes freshness and certain touches of ripe tropical fruit, which combine perfectly with the character of the Tempranillo.

Cultivated in sandy soils with vines over 60 years old, Gran Colegiata Original is a limited-production red that blends Torresan tradition with contemporary palates.

It displays an intense cherry red color and a complex nose featuring black fruits, sweet spices, cocoa, coconut, and fine woods. On the palate, it is flavorful, balanced, and exhibits good acidity, offering a long and smooth finish. This wine, ideal for aging in the bottle, reflects the origin of Bodegas Fariña, being structured and robust yet accessible to the modern consumer.

Primero is the first wine of each harvest in Spain.
Each year, Primero captures the intensity of fresh fruit and features the winning artwork from the Fariña National Painting Contest, "El Primero." Upon opening, Primero releases a unique aroma of tangy strawberry and blackberry yogurt. Its vibrant violet color and lactic aromas of red and black fruits cherries, strawberries, and blackberries are complemented by a creamy texture.

Araico fermentado en barrika

The smallholdings we have in Villabuena and Samaniego, exclusively used for growing the viura variety, are the ones that give us these high-quality grapes.
The fermentation process they undergo is done in new barrels made of fine-grained French oak. The ageing time is variable, and it depends on the oenologist’s assessment after tasting the wine, a process he completes every six weeks. A white wine with ageing which does not lose the fruit.

It is made with grapes from vineyards more than 80 years old.
They undergo a low temperature fermentation process in order to preserve the bouquets and the fruitiness in the wine; this way, we get a wine with special features.

We choose just one of our tempranillo-variety vineyards, more than 80 years old.
We harvest its grapes manually, using boxes where we can only put up to 12 kilos. Then, we make this wine, which is modern and, at the same time, very linked to the essence of Rioja Alavesa.

Antonio Palacios is the eonologist of this wine.

Mild straw yellow with greenish hues, clean and bright. Elegant nose with mineral notes of pebbles, flint, and volcanic rock, layered with peach, pineapple, and plum. Hints of honey caramel, ripe melon, and spices emerge over time. On the palate, dense, silky, and full-bodied, with high but well-integrated acidity. Refreshing citrus and minty notes complement its structured and lingering finish
